The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance identifying two men wanted in a robbery investigation.

On Saturday, July 17, 2021, at approximately 6:30 a.m., in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Third Street area.

It is alleged that:

- two men ordered a taxi and were driven to the above area

- once at the location, the taxi driver was assaulted and robbed of his property

- both suspects then fled southbound

Suspect #1 is described as having a heavy build and was wearing a black 'Nike' top, and white baseball cap.

Suspect #2 is described as having a thin build and was wearing a black sweat top with a multi-coloured 'Adidas' logo on the front.

During this robbery one of the suspects indicated he had a gun. They are believed to be armed, violent, and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
